Thirteen years after his last visit to the Philippines, Kangin made a triumphant and emotional return to Manila for his 2026 “Stunning Together” Fanmeeting Tour. Brought to the city by CDM Entertainment, the event served as a long-awaited reunion between the artist and his Camomiles.
Right from the start, Kangin bared his heart to the audience regarding his hiatus and return. “I’m so touched everyone,” he told the cheering crowd. “When the dates for the fanmeet were set, I feel anxious, nervous and excited. But meeting you guys now, I felt so happy. My anxiety level went down with your warm welcome. I’ll make sure to create the best memories with you.”
The evening was packed with local flavor and lighthearted interactions that showed off Kangin’s playful side. He shared a curated list of his favorite Filipino foods, ranking “Pusit” as his top choice, followed by Halo-Halo, Jollibee, and Crispy Pata—favorites he had previously teased on his Instagram stories.

Fans were further delighted when he fully embraced Filipino pop culture during the stage segments, gamely dancing to the viral “Budots” challenge and the Saja Boys’ hit “Soda Pop,” proving his infectious energy hasn’t faded.
One of the most touching moments of the night involved a special VCR that brought a piece of Korea to the tropical climate of the Philippines. Kangin explained that despite not being a very active social media user, he made a point to go out of his house to film the season’s first snow specifically for this tour.
Knowing that his Filipino fans do not experience winter, he wanted to bring that “first snow” experience to the fanmeeting. This thoughtful gesture set a sentimental tone that carried through his musical performances, which included a rendition of “Mientes,” a song he brought over from his Mexico fanmeet because he “thought it will be great to perform it in Manila tonight.”
Along with the music was a lot of laughter, particularly when Kangin discussed his physical preparation for the tour. He revealed that he lost nearly seven kilograms with the specific goal to make “Papogi” (show his handsome side more) for the fans.
When the crowd immediately began chanting “POGI” in response, he showcased his wit and mastery of Filipino slang by jokingly firing back, “Manloloko! Charot!”

After watching the fan video project, he thanked everyone and said the project was so beautiful and cute and he is grateful for the video. He also performed “Love is Pain,” a track he revealed he “added last minute at the setlist a day before he rode the plane.”
“Just like how we “stunned” when we are together, I will do my best to grow even more. So in Korea, there is a saying that “when 10 years pass, a lot of things have changed. Think about it, 10 years is so long. For the past 10 years, a lot has happened into my life. But some things didn’t change, your support and you waiting for my return didn’t change. If I think of it, I was alone but through the support you’ve given me, I earned the courage to step on stage again. And because of your support, I was able to muster up this big courage to try again. I also had some personal difficulties. If you think about it, these are the times that you shouldn’t easily give up.” Kangin shared during his final ment.
The nostalgia reached a peak when he surprised everyone with a performance of “Pajama Party,” a classic hit that “healed” the childhood hearts of those who had waited over a decade to see him again.
