The stars of Poisonous Love The Series, Natnicha “Ginny” Prateepnatsri and Angelina “Jayna” Stevens, painted Ayala Malls Vertis North in shades of charm on September 14, 2025, as they met their Filipino fans for the first time. The free press conference, organized by CDM Entertainment and S9T Concert, drew a sea of supporters ready to see the chemistry that burns on screen and shines just as bright in person.
For Jayna, who plays Pat, the life of a celebrity within the series mirrored a world she was only just stepping into. “It’s really hard because I didn’t have any fans before I started being Pat,” she admitted. “What helped me a lot was asking for comments from my director on how I’m doing or what I need to change. My schedule was tough, filming from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m., and after that, I’d still meet with my acting coach to study.”

Ginny, on the other hand, had the task of portraying Dr. Premsini, a heart surgeon whose calm personality hides a more vulnerable side. “It’s quite challenging because Doctor Prem was like five or six years older than me,” she shared. “The director told me to put my voice down, especially since I’m short and look a little weak. I’m usually bubbly, so I really had to adjust.”
The press conference also offered a glimpse into the bond between the two actresses. Ginny described her co-star, “She’s more like an adult for her age. She’s very committed to her work and very focused. She tries to hide her vulnerable side, but actually, she’s very sensitive and caring.”
She recalled their moment, “We went to the zoo together. She really likes monkeys. Jayna was very, very happy.” Jayna, meanwhile, confessed that their connection often starts with her. “Mostly, I like to call her first. I always wanted to know her side,” she said.

Meeting Filipino Fans
As this was her first time in the Philippines, Jayna couldn’t hide her excitement. “I’m happy and I enjoy it. I like the food, and I like the people,” she told fans. Ginny expressed her gratitude, adding her own teaser for the show, “Please anticipate the chopstick scene. It’s one of my favorites, Jayna’s character cooks her favorite food there.”
Jayna also hinted, “I want fans to see the break-up scene. It’s really powerful.”
Before the afternoon ended, the two even gave a sample of the song that Jayna uses to set her mood while filming, a sweet preview that delighted their Manila audience.

A Taste of What’s to Come
“Poisonous Love The Series” premieres on September 20 on One31, with uncut episodes to be streamed via NorthStar Entertainment’s YouTube channel. Ginny and Jayna left Manila with the promise of more, both in their series.
