Han So Hee Shines in Heartfelt Manila Fan Meeting; Connects with Filipino “Sparkling Treasures”

Korean actress Han So Hee brought her signature grace and warmth to Manila for her highly anticipated fan meeting, “Xohee Loved Ones, You Are Sparkling Treasures To Me,” last September 13, 2025. Held at The Cove, Okada Manila, the event was a deeply personal celebration of the star’s connection with her devoted Filipino fans, “Sosamos”. Han So Hee herself expressed immense joy, stating she was “very honored and blessed” to meet her fans face-to-face.

Presented by L-Squared Productions PH, the fan meeting’s title was a heartfelt “return gift” to her supporters. Han So Hee shared that the name was inspired by the unconditional love she has received from her fans, whom she truly considers “sparkling treasures.”

The event began with an engaging Q&A session, offering fans a unique glimpse into the actress’s thoughts. Fans voted on various questions, with Han So Hee providing her candid opinions afterward. When asked which of her characters would be the best travel companion, she picked Lee Eun Su from Soundtrack #1, highlighting her optimistic personality.

This choice contrasted with the fans’ majority vote for Yu Nabi and Yoon Ji Woo. Han So Hee humorously explained that while Eun Su would be a fun travel buddy, a trip with the intense Yoon Ji Woo would be “dangerous.”

The actress also revealed her career aspirations. While fans suggested she’d be a great doctor or a psychopath, Han So Hee shared her desire to tackle a psychopath role. She explained that such a character provides a vast emotional range to explore, and she finds a certain charm in the complexity. To the delight of the crowd, she even gave a chilling sample of a psychopath’s stare.

Han So Hee shared that she had previously visited the Philippines, but this is her first time in Manila. In terms of of interest in food, fans voted for adobo as the food that they think Han So Hee would love to try but the actress later on revealed that she wants to have a taste of “Bulalo” because it looks similar to the Korean food “gomtang.”

A Star’s Creative Gifts and Personal Touches

Throughout the event, Han So Hee’s deep appreciation for her fans was evident. During a segment showcasing fan art, she was visibly impressed, admitting that her fans “draw better than I do.” She even reenacted several popular artworks, including a viral moment where she was seen holding a pen cap with her mouth while signing autographs. She candidly explained the habit was simply a practical way to manage her bag and the pen at the same time.

One of the most touching moments was the reveal of a special video Han So Hee had personally funded and prepared for her fans. The short film was her way of showing them how much she truly values them. The video featured two powerful symbols: purple flowers symbolizing her love and thoughts for her fans, and a mannequin representing their steadfast presence in her life. She emotionally shared that the film was her “perspective of viewing the fans,” with poignant lines like, “The fact that you guys have always been by my side, always in the same place.”

The evening was filled with interactive and memorable moments. Han So Hee enthusiastically participated in a drawing and guessing game with selected fans, generously giving hugs to all the players on stage. She also surprised the audience with her musical talents, performing Jennie’s “Seoul City” and Aespa’s “Whiplash,” showcasing her versatility as a performer and delighting the crowd.

The night concluded on a deeply emotional note. As fans presented her with a surprise tribute video, Han So Hee became visibly tearful. Overcome with emotion, she thanked them, saying, “Thank you so much for saying that I’m not alone.” She acknowledged that her fans have filled her life with strength during difficult times and made a heartfelt promise in return: “Moving forward, I’ll be the one to protect you and be there for you.”

With the fan meeting a resounding success, Han So Hee is now set to star in her next project, a series titled ‘Intern,’ where she will portray a company CEO.
