After nearly seven months of break, the biggest hit on the stage is finally back with another NEO-coded album—‘Walk’. This highly anticipated release marks a significant moment for NCT 127 and their fans, as the group continues to push the boundaries of K-pop with their innovative sound and dynamic performances.
NCTzens have been treated to exclusive behind-the-scenes content through Walk Daily Magazine posted on the group’s Instagram. These posts offer a glimpse into the creative process, from photoshoot previews, teaser images, to creative reels. The members also shared their preparations and aspirations on Walk Radio, giving fans a deeper understanding of the album’s concept and the hard work that went into its creation.
The EP features 11 fresh tracks that reflect the group’s journey, pioneering a new genre called NEO (newsness) with their signature music style and unique sound. It symbolizes the path they’ve already been and the exciting road ahead. Each song on the album highlights the members’ versatility and growth as artists, showcasing their range from spitting impressive rap verses in “Intro: Wall to Wall” to delivering their sweet soulful voices in “사랑한다는 말의 뜻을 알아가자 (Meaning of Love)”.
The title track “삐그덕 (Walk)” is a bold statement from NCT 127, blending early 2000s hip-hop with their signature sound.
