Global Audition Project Group 3WAY is In Search For Filipino Members

Global audition project group 3WAY also known as WWW (World Wide Wonder) is in Manila to recruit two new Filipino members who will join the group to expand the group’s uniqueness and charms. NineTwo Entertainment, home of 3WAY, is in partnership with ShowBT Philippines held online auditions until August 29, 2024 and final auditionees have been selected the following day.

Currently, the group consists of 5 Koreans and 3 Japanese members which includes Leno, Donghyun, Hyecheon, Xiho, Ryo, Jeongyoon, Wooseok and Rintaro and plans to include 2 additional Filipino members. First time to visit in Manila, 3WAY did busking event, radio and TV appearances and media launch on their week stay in the country.

Last August 27, 2024, 3WAY held a media showcase at Quantum Skyview, Gateway Mall 2 and answered the various questions about the project and here are some of it:

Question: Since 3WAY is a group with multinational members, I think it may be culturally different or awkward. I wonder how will you respond to this.

Jeongyoon: So far only Japanese and Korean members are in the team, Donghyeon has been in Japan and has solved communication problems and since we have been active in Japan for a long time and we have become accustomed to the language so there are no communication problems or cultural difference. If Filipino members come in this time, it is a good opportunity to grow further if they get to know Filipino culture and consider each other

Question: How was your experience in performing in Manila for the first time?

Wooseok: It is our first time to perform in Manila, Philippines and I was surprised that the fans from Philippines responded so well today. Please give us a lot of applause and support.

The members of 3WAY are very excited to meet the new Filipino member and ready to learn the Filipino culture with him. Rintaro, a Japanese member, serenades the fans with a short cover of Japanese version of Honey, My Love, So Sweet by Southern All Stars.
