Living the Best Carat Life: Seventeen Experience at Marina Bay Sands

If you thought the Seventeen [Right Here] World Tour was just about a three-hour concert at the National Stadium, think again. I wasn’t able to watch the concert but I had the chance to try the Seventeen Experience at the Marina Bay Sands. The event run from 2 March to 8 March 2026.

The Soundtrack of the City

Honestly? It felt less like a mall visit and more like a total takeover. Once you enter The Shoppes, I was greeted by their music playing in every corner of the mall. Here is what my day immersed in the world of Rose Quartz and Serenity looked like. One of the coolest parts was the timing. I made sure to be there right at 6 PM when the Seventeen-themed playlist kicked in. There is something incredibly surreal about hearing their songs echoing through a luxury mall.

The hunt for exclusive merch

The highlight of my day was definitely the dining experience. I headed over to Origin + Bloom because I am honestly craving for matcha and luckily they have it in the bundle. The food was great, but let’s be real, I was there for the coaster. The bundle costs $18 for a drink (Matcha Strawberry Latte) and Gochujang Cheesecake. Since they are distributed randomly, I am kinda nervous. I was hoping for Minghao (The8) and I’m really lucky that I got it! They give 2 coasters per bundle so I got Minghao and Joshua. I also bought the whimsical ice cream ($12). The bundle also comes with a cupsleeve.

A Skyline Dressed in Rose Quartz and Serenity

As evening approached, the vibe shifted. On the night of the concert (March 7), MBS is going all out by lighting up the entire facade in Seventeen’s official colors. Even before the big night, seeing the hints of Rose Quartz and Serenity across the Marina Bay Sands made the city feel like it was truly welcoming the boys back in Singapore.

Oppa is Life is a page I created in 2019 when I felt the need for another virtual space to pour out my feels, musings and fangirl experiences. It started as a Facebook fanpage but I later on decided to open other social media accounts because a single Facebook page just doesn’t feel enough.
