A cafe that is situated in the heart of a huge yet busy neighborhood in Makati, Haruman Cafe, which means “One Day” Cafe is probably derived from BTS’ song “One Day” and the happy vibe of the cafe makes it a go-to place for young professionals and students.
Ambiance
A bit far from the main street, I only learned about the cafe through social media even if it is just near our office. The cafe is situated around residential houses thus parking is quite difficult.
Inside the cafe, they have a vibrant vibe and they often play Kpop songs which brightens the overall vibe further. They have plenty of seats so they could accomodate a lot of customers at the same time. They also have a few Kpop album displays too.
Food and Drinks
Though it is really aesthetic and perfect for gathering, I couldn’t really recommend the area for cupsleeve event since it is a bit far and barely accessible for people to visit. Nevertheless, if you have spare time, I recommend to drop by and grab some of their snacks. Their spam musubi looks appetizing so I tried one. For 60 pesos per piece, it is actually good.
They also have sandwiches which I normally see on Tiktok and Instagram and they are usually created by Korean food content creators. For the aesthetic and taste, they actually nailed it.
I also tried their dalgona coffee, I like this one because i am a fan of strong coffee taste but I recommend that you actually try to melt some of the dalgona candies first before drinking it because it will be purely bitter if you don’t. For their price, I have to say that they are on the affordable side since they are mostly catering grade school and high school students in a nearby school.
