TNX Participates in the Road to Kingdom Survival Show

On July 10, 2024, MNET revealed the list of seven (7) K-pop groups that will take part in the Road to Kingdom new season. TNX, also known as The New Six, is a contestant, marking their debut as PSY’s first boy band under P Nation’s production.

Even though they are only two years old and the first boy group from P Nation, they decided to take part in another survival show. Their fans were thrilled by the news and promised to support TNX as much as possible, even expressing excitement for the next season of the show.

The Road To Kingdom

Road to Kingdom is a survival show where the participants are K-pop groups from different companies. The criteria for winning last season were voting through the Mnet app, streaming the produced covers, and new songs.

Since MNET hasn’t disclosed the new criteria for the upcoming season, fans of different groups are preparing to use references from the previous season. They hope this season will be evaluated fairly and without any deceitful alterations.

Get to know TNX

TNX, a fourth-generation K-pop group from P NATION consisting of Taehun, Kyungjun, Hyunsoo, Junhyeok, Hwi, and Sungjun, debuted on May 17, 2022, with their powerful debut song “MOVE” from their first mini-album Way Up. Their fandom name, “THX,” meaning “Together with TNX,” was also announced on their debut day.

A year later, on February 15, 2023, they released their second mini-album LOVE NEVER DIES, featuring the unforgettable song “Love or dies.” Subsequently, on June 7, 2023, they released the BOYHOOD album with the retro-vibe title track “KICK IT 4 NOW,” reminiscent of life in the 1900s.

The New Six

TNX returned on March 20, 2024, with their first digital single, “FUEGO.” Taehun explained that “Fuego” is the Spanish word for “fire,” and the song reflects this with its powerful performance and fiery dance moves. During an appearance on After School Club, a fan even asked the group what concept they’d like to explore for their next album.

Kyungjun responded that while they’ve often had powerful concepts like the retro one in their previous album, they might try a sexy concept next time since they’re all over 20 now. TNX is grateful to their fans for being part of their journey and supporting them in all the different genres they explore.
