All-Filipino global group and rookie monster HORI7ON took the stage of the “Pistang Pinoy sa Korea 2024” (Filipino Festival in Korea 2024) held last June 9 at the Busan Eurasia Platform outdoor square, Busan, South Korea.
“Pistang Pinoy sa Korea 2024!” is a joint celebration organized by the Philippine Embassy in Korea and the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) to commemorate several milestones: the 126th Philippine Independence Day, the 29th National Migrant Workers Day, and the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the Philippines and Korea. The festival serves as a gathering place for Filipino workers and immigrants residing in Korea.
As one of the invited performers, HORI7ON captivated the audience with a dynamic setlist. Fans are treated to vibrant performances of their recent digital single “LUCKY” and their debut title track “SIXTEEN,” which garnered love from both Korean and international fans.
The excitement doesn’t stop there. The event boasts a stellar lineup featuring other popular artists who actively perform in both Korea and the Philippines, including SB19, Zack Tabudlo, Esay Belanio, and Zephanie.
HORI7ON officially debuted in South Korea last year with their first full album “Friend-SHIP.” Since then, they’ve carved a path of success, accumulating a total of three trophies at Korean and international music awards. Their appearance at “Pistang Pinoy sa Korea 2024!” is highly anticipated, as they’ll represent the unique blend of Korean and Filipino artistry.
